- On-Line Appointment Service -
I have contracted with an online appointment service (Genbook) to help schedule you appointments.
You can access this service 24/7 to make or reschedule an appointment with any of the therapists. Our available days, times and services will be indicated. The menu navigations are very easy.
Please choose your service category (ie. Massage Therapy, Wellness, Spa Services, etc.) and then scroll throughout that section to select your service.
When making an appointment you are asked to pick a service and a therapist. If the request is denied, it is possible that the therapist you selected does not offer that particular service. Or that the time available in that particular therapist's schedule will not accommodate the length of session you are requesting. Please consider another therapist, length of session or day to schedule your therapy.
You will receive an initial confirming email with confirmation number. Then, 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive another email through Genbook that will give you the option of keeping, canceling or re-scheduling your appointment. No action is required if you are keeping the appointment.
If you need to re-schedule or cancel, please just choose this option and follow the menu navigation presented in this second email. You may also cancel an appointment at any time prior to the 24 hour notice. If it is less that 24 hours, you must call the office to cancel your appointment.
A nice feature on Genbook is that you may request additional attention items through the "Notes" option. Say you like a certain music selection or feel you need more work on your shoulders or neck...just write that in the notes and we will have that information before you arrive. I have already begun using this options on my side to record client's preferences to table temperatures, music selections, lotion preferences, medical concerns and more. It's a great way to customize your session.
We will receive your requested appointment by phone text, computer calendars and on the medica electronic appointment book. We will definitely know about your appointment! If we have any questions regarding any current health issues or concerns from a previous appointment, we will email or phone you prior to your appointment.
Genbook is a valuable addition to our office management. Several clients have expressed their appreciation for the ability to schedule an appointment any time of the day.
Appointment are accepted through Genbook 2 hours prior to the session's start-time or up to 30 days prior to the sessions start-time.
