Rabbit enters, Tiger leaves - 3 February 2011
A quiet, family-oriented year full of peace and diplomacy is welcomed after the harsh and ferocious Tiger year. For many of us, this new Chinese Year will be full of calm and gain. Rabbit asks us to seek education, communicate, negotiate and not be indulgent. This is the year to bond with family members, develop artistic pursuits and dive into business adventures. Rabbit 2011 is a Metal (Gold) Rabbit . New job opportunities, business, creativity, self-improvement and health interests will enjoy success. Insurance programs being reviewed
We are in the process of reviewing the requirements for MVC, PIP and personal health insurance programs. During the last few months, Beverly has been attending training and information webinars to help incorporate insurance programs as a payment option. This has been an on-going process for several years. The legislation for licensure in PA has finally passed. Massage therapy is a service insurance programs are considering for compensation and/or reimbursement. We will be sure to keep you informed of our progress through this newsletter, emails and our Facebook business page.
Chakra Tonics and more
We will be entering into the time of year when it is best to improve your immune system and general health. If you start this process now, you will enjoy better health during the latter part of 2011. Between the months of March and June, our bodies are ready, willing and able to take on new exercise routines, better diet selections and immune-enhancing supplement programs. Each week, through emails and Facebook posts, new wellness suggestions will be listed to improve your health. Please feel free to comment and ask questions.

The nice thing about Winter is it gives you time to work on the details. During the past few weeks both the metagenics and medica storefronts have been "under construction". We look forward to their debut and feel this will be another positive step towards helping you regain, maintain or enhance your current wellness.

Imbolc and Living with February
I find it gratifying that Imbolc, the festival of hope, trust and dreaming of better times falls on 02 February. This is the day before the Chinese New Year. Rabbit - Metal (Golden) also speaks of prosperity, opportunity, health and better living. These celebrations create a positive frequency upon Earth. Living with February is all about the review and then the progress. This is the time to sit quietly and ask yourself the questions Spirit needs answered before proceeding. Have you become more clearer about your purpose upon this Earth. Are you taking care of the temple in which your Spirit dwells? Have you released all unnecessary thoughts and emotions to cleanse your mind, body and Spirit? If not, February is your last bit of time. As March approaches and Life returns, the energy will quicken and demand you take part once again in the Circle of Life. What will you bring this time? Who will you walk with now? How you will fulfill your dreams and prayers? During the coming weeks, there will be emails and Facebook posts regarding Living with February.
